I created abetterlifenaturally to help put ‘the bounce back’ in your life – to nudge you back to your innate path to health through a range of therapies, workshops and results-driven products.
These resources have already worked for many clients, helping to transform their lives. They certainly transformed my own, as I made the transition from successful City worker to my true calling here … I’ll never forget how it felt, like coming home after a long journey.
All of my work embraces a holistic approach to wellbeing – the end results of years of intensive study in a wide variety of disciplines. In these times it seems the ancient healing wisdom of Massage is ever more important in a modern, touch-starved World. With this in mind I designed my studio as a space you can ‘park’ your stresses, replenish reserves and build back your resilience.
I love to do what I do and am proud to work with Dermalogica products throughout my treatments. Dermalogica hits my ‘sweet spot’ of combining the best of science together with the power of nature, sourced sustainably.

My Studio
I am open Weekday Afternoons & Saturdays. There is dedicated parking available in front of the round wooden door on my drive. Cash and most cards are accepted for payment. Payment by card is also available when booking online.

Where do I begin?! First of all I always had anxiety going to salons to receive a massage, before I went in I was also nervous especially waiting around for my massage, however, walking into this place it’s as though all your worry’s and troubles are left at the door and you just automatically relax and unwind. Secondly, Reinu is just the most beautiful person inside and out, as soon as I met her she was so welcoming and made sure I was relaxed and happy - just sitting on her sofa was a treat in itself!! She is half the reason why I come to her to receive any beauty treatments - due to her kind and relaxing nature! Thirdly, the treatments - receiving a treatment from Reinu is completely different to others I had before, maybe it’s how her place makes you feel at ease but you go into another dimension! For the first time I forget about all my worry’s and just sink into deep relaxation that is hard to come out of!
I travel an hour to come see Reinu and it is so worth it!! Can’t wait to take my mum here for her birthday and to come back for another facial / peel

Reinu made me feel really welcome and gave a great massage which was tailored to me. She spent time at the end giving me advice on preventative care which was very informative and helpful. A 5 star experience!

Finally a massage that is tailored to you. Reinu is friendly and had mastered a number of different techniques that give the perfect massage. I am now a regular as I feel amazing for three days after each massage. Definitely recommend to anyone who does not want a standard non tailored massage.

Reinu is my masseuse for life! My brain never stops whirring; except when she is working her magic! Her massage technique always delivers and I feel so 'light' and revitalised after!
I have tried so many other, but none have matched upto Reinu! She instinctively knows what will work to 'unknot' my body. Everytime, she gets the technique, pressure and ambience spot on!
All her small touches eg heated towels, keeping the toes warm and covering the eyes, having support under the knees and breasts...allows me to slip away and really enjoy the massage!

I would recommend Reinu's services. She is very professional and very keen to make the experience your own experience. The massage itself was very good and very relaxing. Reinu asked me if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on.
The atmosphere was wonderful, lovely music and a great smell which enabled me to relax into the massage session.
The towels were warmed and used around all of my body, which felt wonderful. I was seriously impressed with how long the massage seemed to last too. All in all I really enjoyed the massage and have recommended her to my friends and have booked in family members!
It shows that this is something Reinu is passionate about.

Perhaps RestoreEyesightNow could identify himself/herself to ascertain whether he/she was a genuine customer. Google+ is not the place to put reviews unless totally spurious - Reinu has faultless reviews from genuine customers which we suspect you are not.
There is no problem with negative reviews (although this is the first in 12 years) as long as the customer is genuine. Your review in no way reflects the person or skills her clients know and love.
If it was so bad why did you return on 3 occasions instead of raising your concerns with Reinu? I await a reply to prove your identity from where we can perhaps engage more pro-actively.
